Default Rear turn signal light not working

My problem is probably a easy fix. But, I wanted to get some input before I remove my turn signal switch and handle from the steering column. My left rear turn signal light does not work. But, my tail light and stop light work fine. I get the common fast flashing turn light on the front driver signal and the one in the driver mirror also flashes fast. My passenger side turn signals work fine along with the rear tail light, brake light, and back-up light. I have checked for power to the turn signal connector while activating the lever and have no power at the connector. Because I have no access to a wiring schematic, I am not aware if there are any connections between tail lamp turn signal connector and the turn switch itself. Is there another connection I need to search for? Or, are all the tell tale signs mentioned, pretty much make my culprit the switch and handle assemble just under the steering wheel?

2008 Chevy 4WD Suburban) X411 is in left rear corner (look behind the left rear wheel) Disconnect to check for corrosion. If it's bad just bypass the connect. the circuit also runs thou the underhood fuse block and starts with the BCM. Note if the BCM gets a request to turn on the left turn signal and sends power to the left turn circuits if any light blink then the switch has to be good. The rear turn signal circuit 1334 yellow wire is terminal 1 of the BCM connector 5

Default Turn signal not working.

Thanks for the info Dale. I do have to ask if the connector is outside under the vehicle or behind the panel over the wheel well inside.

Bern, I have checked a wiring schematic and did some reading on the circuit for the tail lights. In doing so, there appears to be a circuit board for both the left and right tail lights. I haven't been able to find the circuit board. I had even looked in the listing for location of junctions, grounds, etc. Wondering if there is one at all or if the circuit board is a part of the manual light switch on the dash board next to the steering wheel.
