Default Red Fluid Leaking

04 Z71 with 42k with Red Fluid Leaking cant exactly figure out where its comming from. Anyone have any idea what it could be or anyone had this problem in the past??

Probably under your 3/36 if you're under 36 and got it IN 2004 and not 2003.....

Did you install any afternarket Tranmission coolers yourself (non-dealer installed)??

Got it in 04 with 4k miles on it, its got 42k on it, I took it into the shop last month for a couple small things and they were covered under warranty???

The "red fluid" might even be coolant unless it has the color of read wine , then it's likely tranny fluid.

Anyone know any information regards to the Warranty I am kind of confused, last month I took it in and it was covered at 40k, did Chevy offer a 50k mile warranty in 04??? I cant remember....

It's 3 years or 36,000 miles. Which ever comes first. Unless you bought some sort of an extended warrenty.

Took it to the shop today turns out it was coolant leaking from the water pump, total cost...$400.00 for a new pump and flush
