Replacing 07 bulbs....
I have my fog lamps on all the time..day or night. It turns on the tail lights as well as the parking lights and I do it for safety. It torques me to see a dark gloomy day or light rainy day and people have their daytime running lamps on which is great for the front, but does nothing for someone behind you...JMO.
A couple of things. Mostly the ones that are mis-aimed and are searching out airplanes and shine right in your eyes which now that most are factory installed isn't as big a problem as it used to be. The other is that most of those driving around at nite are clueless and just turn them on because they are there and think it's cool.
But I did learn something tonite, thx to TexasTahoe. Didn't realize that they turned on taillites. Never too old to learn something new.

I have noticed that the lights are aimed lower than most vehicles. I put a 2" leveling kit in the front and now the lights look level. I can actually see further than before. Fog lights help out a little more light is on the sides than the front..but it does add some brightness.
