Thanks for the tips. I just finished mine today. Did the compressor and the shocks. I should have taken the wheel well cover off to work on the compressor. Didn't realize it was so accessible until I started on the shocks. On the passenger side, all of the rear A/C lines got in the way when I was trying to get the top bolt off. Couldn't get to it with anything until I found a crazy wrench in my grandfather's stuff that just happened to fit.

I didn't need to compress the shocks at all, they slid right into place with a little up and down from the floor jack on the axle housing.

All in all a pretty easy install, happy to have it working again.

Update on my repair:

New shocks feel good, but I still have an air leak somewhere. Had a bunch of people in the car the other day and the compressor kept running. When it gets a little warmer I'll have to check the compressor and air lines, but has anyone else had a similar issue?

Did you get any information? I noticed the same thing. When I hooked the boat up this weekend it leveled out properly, and after about 5 minutes of idling the compressor started back up again.

Gonna need to get under there and see if I can find a hole in one of the air lines. I can't seem to find a part number for the lines. Anyone have that?

Sorry for the late reply, but I haven't had the chance to check out my leak. Hopefully we will get some warmer temps soon.

Default Retainer Clip

Does anyone know where to get those little plastic clips that lock the air supply hose to the air-shock? The dealer suggested I purchase a new set of hoses that come with the clips.

recommend you go to the bone yard, or if you hung on to your old compressor, harvest some clips off of that assembly.
