Default reprogramming 08 nav radios

Has anyone been successful in unlocking the theftlock in an 08 truck after nav radioinstall.I took mine to two differentdealers and neithr one could get it unlocked.I seen on other post a few others with 08's having trouble.Have we just had bad luck with dealers or is there something different with the 08's from the 07's.Thanks for any info.

I spent $325 total at three different dealers before the last one was finally able to do it. The tech NEEDS to call the support line. They will give him a code to program into the BCM I think it was. After he made the phone call and programmed it in the radio worked perfectly except the low volume due to mine not having the Bose package. You need to be upfront with them and make sure they will make the call or it will never work.
