Right side front and passenger windows and both power front seats not working

Right side front and passenger windows and both power front seats not working
Both the windows and the seats, went out at the same time. We tried to find a fuse, but we are unable to locate the fuse box under the steering wheel. Our Manuel says, we have three fuse boxes, anyone know where the box is located? Anyone, have any suggestions as we are traveling? Both these issues are from the same fuse box. Thank you

What year model vehicle are we talking about?
did you check the fuse panel to the left side of the Instrument panel, open the door and you will see the panel that is normally blocked off by the door...
Also check the under hood fuse box...
