Rough Idle Issue
2018 suburban with 5.3
103k mileage
Rough idle for sometime, doesn’t change with engine warm and doesn’t affect other aspects of driving. Most noticeable at stop lights.
things I have tried:
inspecting air filter-not due for another 20k
Cleaning mass air flow sensor
Changed spark plugs and wires
Fuel injector and fuel system cleaner in gas tank
Ran sea foam through upper engine
Inspected and cleaned throttle body
nothing seems to have helped, post seafoam I think the engine idle fluctuates more. It was sitting around 450 rpm’s prior and now is closer to 550
What would you try next? I am at a loss here…
no check engine light and car as been very well maintained
