Rough/ low idle please help...

Just curious what is spec idle supposed to be. Our 2020 Tahoe idles in gear at about 500,and our 05 & 93 suburbans all idled close to that in gear.

My '11 idles at 600 to 625 in neutral, never paid attention to in gear rpm, I only look at rpm at idle when scanning.

If it isn't too much trouble can you provide the fuel trim rdgs?
