2022 Tahoe makes rubbing noise when making left turns...anyone familiar with this issue?

 

My 22 Tahoe makes rubbing/moaning noises more pronounced in the mornings when I’m pulling out of the driveway or making tight turns. Here’s a special bulletin that I found on the web that hopefully will help you. I’ve researched through other forums and this is an issue that there seems to be no straightforward solution for it. I called my dealership and they said that if the noise was coming from the rear differential that’s covered under the powertrain, but my noise is coming from the front. So I don’t know frustrating
