Check your fuses. Does the AM-FM part of the radio work?

not hijacking but telling you what my 04 imp has done, ive lost only fm radio (can hear it if i turn the volume all the way up), but i clearly can hear AM and XM

AM-FM works fine. I call dealership and ask about Satellite Module and they acted like I was speaking in tongue.

We also had trouble with our Tahoe with the XM radio and ended up being a antenna on the roof
