Default Seat Belt

I have an 02 Tahoe and the second row passenger seat belt is kind of tangled up behind the plastic part next to the window. I am wondering is there a way to remove the plastic piece (or maybe I should call it moulding) without breaking it? I would much rather do it myself than take it to the dealer and pay $500. I tried to remove the only screw I see back there but I doesnt loosen anything up.

someone with the 2002 service manual may be able to give you the info on where the retainers are located for that panel, but most of the time they are the push in retainers that hold it all together and maybe a couple of screws, its getting enough of an openning to see them so that you can pull it loose.
A good source to check with is a local audio install shop, they may be able to asist you in removing it or at least give you an idea where to start, if no-one on the forum can provide more info.
