Service Engine Soon Lamp
I know this has been covered probably many times before, but I cannot find it. How do you re-set the light??????
Do you have to depress the accelerator four (4) times with the key in the RUN position ?
I can find nothing about it in the OWNERS MANUAL. Any help would be appreciated.

There at two ways I know of for a SES Service Engine Soon or CEL Check Engine Light to be reset...
1. Use a code reader to see the code write it down, use the reader to clear all the codes out.
2. Disconnect the battery for 2+ minutes, this will clear the codes but will sometimes also cause the vehicle to go into a learn mode so it may drive a bit differently for a bit. It can also cause you to loose all of your radio presets and clock time.
