2007 GMC Sierra alarms keep coming up and when does the transmission shift rough from gear 1-2. Need help please?

 

Stupid engineers at Chevy made it so that this idiot light comes on for a number of reasons. Some unexplainable. There's a very long thread on here about it. 150+ pages. Without a ce light it's tough to diagnose. Even the dealers just keep throwing parts at it until it goes away or doesn't... I know it's not what you want to hear. But read the lengthy post about it and you'll understand an it more.
