Right on man.

The engine is untouched and still clean....not even an intake was added by the previous owner. Just took it in to smog and she passed with flying colors too!

I plan to work on the engine mods very soon.

Oooooh! I like threads like this!
here's my first one, an 83 ugly as sin, 350 with 700r4.

And here's the new one we just picked up this year 01 LS 5.3 with the lil 60 slushbox... I wanted a 4x4 one but all the ones that were available round here had stupid high miles and stupid high price tags... this 2wd came in at just over 5k with the rims and tires... (the rims and tires had to grow on me, I wasn't originally a fan)

yeah I miss that old tank... I wish it was still around, one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever had...

found it again about a year back, paint still all jakked up but it's now got rims and buckets up front... ugh. not the good kind of rims either.

Here are some pics of my 04 Yukon/Silverado. And a pic from when I bought it.

Very nice truck Im new too first thing I do is look for an active forum when im going to buy a vehicle it was disappointing to hear about the cracked dash people had how common the problem was. The one I have is in great condition with the exception of a little flaking on the steering wheel. I hope that's all I get

Well it really aggravates me that the dash is cracked. It is an 07 and it only has 33K miles on it. But it is the first vehicle that my wife is really happy with so I am going to have to deal with it I guess.

Fire 730, Seems like the people on the forum with 07 and dash cracked, are getting some relief from customer service. Have you tried doing it? I know they helped me with my handle issue.
