Default SNOWY DAY IN INDIANA & 07 TAHOE!

Hey Guys. I posted this short video of my 2007 Tahoe on StreetFire.net...
Here is the link: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/f...d500066f58.htm
Just having some fun in the snow this evening! Got quite a bit and wanted to test out the new performance on the truck in this weather!
The truck has a 5.3L Vortec Engine with Corsa Exhaust, AFE Stage 2 Intake, methanol injection, and much more! It gets it done!
For more information on the truck go here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2457532

I have never driven in snow. I know I am spoiled being in FL, but wish I had sprung the extra $$$ for 4WD anyway, partly for pulling a boat out of the water on a slippery boat ramp. But I would like to have in case I am ever in a snow climate while on vacation etc...

Do you think 2WD with the G80 (limited slip differential) would suffice in any snow conditions? Remember I am a complete virgin when it comes to winter driving.

Hi. For this snow we get out here in the winter, definitely not, the 4WD is almost necessary to get anywhere. Did you see the video? That is deep snow and in 4WD, but under quite a bit of power. Anytime I have tried to use 2WD to actually get around, its ridiculous... If you wan to play it safe, buy the 4WD model for yourself...

The video link did not work the first few times I tried it, but I see its fixed now. Holy crap, that was awesome.

Thanks for the advice and making me want to freeze my FLA a$$ off to try some of that snow driving.

The traction control was off, but the differentials were locked up...

Damn, glad that was your tahoe and not mine! Probably need some new rubber, have an alignment check, get some new brakes, and remove all the dents from hitting everything that you pulled out of the footage!
