Default Solution for a squeeking seat belt ?

Driver's side by my shoulder. Squeeks when it moves.

Don't want to put graphite or silicone in the housing without knowing what I am doing. Can't figure out how to disassemble.

Any thoughts?

Me again.....I am too dumb to post a picture of the seat belt. It comes out of the seat back and not hanging from a pillar. A friend said to apply bar soap to the entire length of the belt for lubrication. Whadda you think?

Thanks

Default belt

I honestly don't know without seeing it, and would be cautious about apply any chemical to a safety device.
