Spare key fob question...
When I went to leave for work this morning, I could not find my keys so I grabbed the spare...when I unlocked the door, the driver seat moved almost all the way up. What is up? I pressed the memory button inside and everything went back, but everytime I unlock the car, the seat moves up.

RE: Spare key fob question...
Eachkey fobis tied to a memory seat button. Works great if, for example, my wife uses one and I the other. If you set both memory seat positions to the same settings, then both key fobs will set the seats, mirrors, etc. to the right position.

RE: Spare key fob question...
If you want them both the same...
Set the seat/mirrors etc the way you like it and press the1 on the door and hold until it beeps (saved) Now press the2 until it beeps (saved)Now both are the same. Each fob will put the seat in the same position.
If you want each fob to have its' own setting...
Put the seat way back and press and hold1 to save it. Now unlock the door and see if it moves. If it doesn't that is fob 1. If it moves it is fob 2. Keep track of the fobs!!
Set the seat/mirror postionsyou want for fob 1 and press the 1 to save. Set the seat position you want for fob 2 and press 2 to save. Now they should go to the correct position for each fob.
