Default Steering wheel make noises when turning (09 Subr)

there are some squeaking sounds when turning while i am driving, but not when the car is stopped. (and turning)
Checked power steering fluid, no sign of leaking.

Any possible causes?
It just started few days ago, and the truck has 69000 miles (2009)

Thank you.

could just be a squeaky bushing. control arm, ball joint, tie rod, etc. most of the time happens when the weather changes and metals contract or making the bushing squeak. or vise versa

some have grease fittings and might just need to be greased, but if they're worn which is more likely then they need to be replaced. here's a video on hoe to check them

Question

Is it coming from outside the cabin, or inside?

I ask because mine just started to make some noise, but it is coming from inside, probably right from the steering column.

Apparently it is another known problem the dealership knows about but will not fix on their dime.

I have a '97 burb and I also have a strange noise coming from the steering wheel inside the cabin. Almost a grinding/squeak noise.

Default 2009 Chevy Tahoe

I have 2009 Chevy Tahoe and the steering wheel inside cabin squeaks when turning while in motion but in park. You hear nothing.
noise is coming as wheel is turning where truck is in drive motion.
