Stereo cuts in and out
My 1996 Chevy Tahoe (4D) factory stereo would fade out or just cut out and then start blaring. I recently replaced it and it worked perfectly for about a day and then just cut out. The radio is on it just has no sound for quite awhile and then suddenly the sound will work again, but only for a couple minutes. It doesn’t blare anymore it just cuts out. Do I need to bypass my factory amp?
