Default Stock radio 2007 Tahoe Z71

I have the stock radio (Model 25782841) in my Tahoe, and want to change it out to Navigation/DVD. a guy sold me one (Model 15882766) with no Wire Harnesses or anything. just the radio. I received it now via fed Ex and see its a Bose radio. will it work? do all I need to do is purchase the correct wire Harnesses and GPS antenna? PLEASE HELP! I don't want to be out $400 on this unit.

Thanks,
Gregg

I did some research and found out that this radio will fit your particular vehicle. Two models will fit, but your particular radio does not have voice recognition. You will definitely need a gps antenna and possibly the vehicle speed sensor harness. You can get everything you need from Matt at oem-gm-radios on eBay or online. If the radio is used it will be vin locked which means it will need to be programmed for your vehicle. Matt at oem can do this too even if your vehicle does or doesn't have Bose. Don't take it to a dealer because most don't know how to program the radios correctly. Look up my post on the install. Mine is the hard drive model but the install is pretty much the same. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Caesar, you mentioned a "Matt" that can also do the reprogramming of the radio...?
I live in Wisconsin, where is he located?

Thanks again,

Matt works with the same company oem radios.com. Their screen name on eBay is oem-gm-radios. They are a great company that helped me out. They are located in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.
