i Put my 2002 z71 Tahoe into 4wd for the snow and when I tried to switch it back when I got home and now it says both 4wd auto and 2HI are on and the lights for the switches are not flashing to show they are switching they are solid. And when I make a sharp turn there’s a grinding that shakes the whole car

 

I had this problem before and solved it by unhooking the battery and then re-attaching it a few minutes later. Seemed to reset something and after the car showed itself in being in 4WD only. Putting the car in neutral and pressing 2WD returned the car to 2WD afterwards.
