Default Stupid factory alarm

How in gods name do you disable the factory alarm in a 2000 Suburban? Mine has been going off when you unlock the door with the key. The key fob doesn't work & I have no intention of buying one that does. I found a diagram that stated that the light green (-) wire at p3 of the purple plug on the BCM was for the alarm so I disconnected that & it still goes off. So figuring I mixed it up I disconnected the light green wire next to it, surprise, it still goes off. So for now I have the purple plug disconnected and that takes care of it. The whole security system is shut down, so its somewhere on that plug. Anyone ever figured this out or have a diagram of what's what on the BCM??

The Light green needs to be grounded from that purple plug at the BCM from what I read. Put an inline fuse between the light green and ground. I will be trying this as well. Bcm`s are shi$$ in these trucks.
