Default stupid question about my 99 suburban

how do i change the high beam bulbs ...for the regular driving lights i have access, do i have to take off the header panel to access the high beams

The high beams and the low beams are the same bulb. Open the hood, there is a L shaped pin, pull the pin out and remove the head light assembly and remove the bulb. The DRL bulbs are down lower.

I have a 99 and it only has one headlight bulb for both high and low beam. It does have the DRL which are on during the day.

DNR = Do not resuscitate

DRL = Daytime Running Light

ok...i checked my truck and the drl and low beams are the same bulb, high beam is different....how do i change my high beams

im a jeep guy by heart...just trying to find out if there is an easier way to get to them before i start taking the front end off
