Hi, I recently purchased a 2000 tahoe limited 5.7 OBS. I noticed that my rear air doesn't blow warm when heater is working. Front heat works like a sonofagun but rear air blows ambient. I did some investigating, thinking I had a bad blend door actuator, took off the trim exposing the rear climate cntl parts....no where do I see any heater parts. No actuators, no coolant lines running towards front... Puzzles me to death. I located where the AC lines run into cabin but i didn't see any heater hoses. No rear heat? Any answers welcome. Thanks.

 

My old Tahoe (Limited) only had rear AC no rear heat

 

Hmm well that'll answer my question. I wonder why they did that. Not that it's a bummer to me bc in south LA we have mild winters and the front heat should be sufficient. Thanks for the reply.
