I have an 03 chevy tahoe and the other day I was leaving the store and as I took off I bumped one of those yellow post in the parking lot with the front bumper since then the back windshield wiper wont shut off the bright lights barely work when you turn on the left turn signal the right signal in the mirror also flashes does anybody have any ideas

 

You probably disturbed a ground on that side of the truck.
