Default crazy turn signal/parking lights/turnsignal electrical glitch - WTF!?

EDIT: can a mod change the thread title to: "crazy dash lights/parking lamps/turn signal electrical glitch - WTF!?"
-thanks

So it just started all of the sudden, no warning...

with headlights OFF
When I apply left turn signal dash lights will blink on/off in tandem with the turn signal
But otherwise the turn signal works normally

with headlights ON
Left turn arrow on dash stays lit all the time, even with blinker off
And 1 of the 2 left turn signal lights is lit up constantly while the
Other left turn bulb is dim with headlights turned on like it should be.

What the hell could cause all this to happen!?
It has to be some type of crazy solder failure or something in 1 location, but where?
I did put weather proof tape around the wires that the turn bulbs connect to, maybe look there?
But then why are my dash lights blinking too?

Default lights

Dont claim to be an authority on these but most of the time in a situation like this it is loss of ground. I hear of a lot of trouble with a circuit board in the tail lights. If a light loses its ground it will try to ground back thru any circuit it can.

MFS is a Multi Function Switch or it may be called something else on a GM.
It is the turn signal switch that also does w/wipers and other stuff.
Sharks are doing well hope to see you deep in the playoffs!
Meanwhile take a good look at the RED pic below

Found it!
It was the 2 bulb housing units, each of them was malfunctioning in a different way.
Just went down to kragen and bought 2 new sockets.
When they get more in stock I am gonna go ahead and replace the right 2 also
as a preventative measure.
Thanks for the replies

Me too thanks!

I think 1 of the sockets had a bad ground and found ground
Through another source which activated dash lights when
Blinkers were turned on, and when headlights were turned on my
Blinker stayed in the brighter turn signal mode since they are a dual element.

While the other socket had crossed +- wires making it do some funky stuff too.
