Tank hard to fill

Forcing every last drop of gas into the tank when filling up puts gas into the canister and causes the carbon to come out, back up or go where it wants to.
Click off and just round to the next dollar at most.
Big reason why purge valve at the engine fail also.
Good find but a pain to diagnose and fix.
