Tccm removal ?

4x4 issssueees again and again
Well I've replaced the TCCM , Transfer Case Motor, had the transfer case rebuilt and when I go to click over ( auto 4 option switch ) to 4 lo, 4 hi, 2 hi or auto the only thing that happens is the TCCM under the dash clicks...
I'm getting no error codes either....
My truck is stuck in 4 hi and I can't get this thing to come out of 4 hi....
any suggestions is greatly appreciated ...
