Which is why I said (and is explained in the video) that you should set your tire pressure to what it says on the manufacturer specified "cold tire pressure" sticker right on your truck, when the tires are cold.

After you've driven a while, the tires heat up and pressure increases. I know because it says so right on my dash. If you're putting EXTRA pressure in there in the winter, then they will end up higher too. And because the temperature swings are greater in the winter, then so are the pressure increases.

Total BS. All gases expand at the same rate.

I still stand by what I stated. At extreme cold temps the tires will not rise in temp. significantly unless possibly on a long stretch of highway driving. If you did any research about nitrogen you would agree about it not being affected by temp. as much. Every one has their own opinion but you can't argue with facts ! I rest my case. Could it be possible that the lack of Oxygen in the mountains is affecting your thinking?

hahah. again, not my opinion. Laws of physics.
You don't have any facts, or a case.
The engineers who made your truck don't know what they're talking about right? You know better. 😉
Could it be that these myths and old wives tales get tossed around after a few too many cold ones....
