Default Tire Size Changes

Anyone know if I could fit 285/70/17 on a 2013 Suburban Z71 without any modifications? Came with 265/65/18. Wheels and tires cheaper in that size. I did it with no mods on my 2005 Z71. No torsion changes and no rubbing.

Welcome to the forum.
It appears that the 17in wheel tire combination will be about an inch larger in diameter and since it is also wider it will probably rub some place. Assuming the 17 inch wheel offset is the same as stock then you would probably have to just try the wheel tire combination on the vehicle in order to see how it fits. You might look at the current

Yeah, I forgot to note I'm switching to a 12 or 0 offset. Probably +12. Mamba M13's with Cooper STT Pro
