torsion leveling help
So I purchased my first Chevrolet Suburban which is a 2001 LS on Wednesday, today I decided to crank the torsion bar bolts to level it out. The front was 34 1/2 and the rear was 36 3/4. I made 5 full turns on the torsion bolt and it raised my passenger side to 36 3/4 but my driver aide to 36 1/4. Does anyone know why its a 1/2" off??
New to Chevrolets so don't know much about them. Would it fix itself after I get an alignment??
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

You're goin to want to crank it a lil more than what the back is if you want it truly "leveled". It's goin to settle probably 1/2" or so. And one side is higher than the other due to a more worn out torsion bar, at least that'd be my guess.

Oh ok thanks a lot. So maybe 2 more full turns? And would it work if I did my driver side like 4 more turns since its a little lower then my passenger side?

I guess my driver side torsion bar is just wore out. Because its maxed out now. and my passenger side still has a lil ways to go. But its looks pretty level now
