Default Tow Hold and Heater questions 2000 subur

first the tow hold light stays on and everthing shifts hard. I can drive for an hour and the light will go out and then all is fine. what would cause it to go into the tow hold mode? where do I look to solve... we are in the Northeast and 18 degree days lately.

Second: when I turn up the heat then I can't turn it off no matter what I do.
I can turn the temp all the way to cold and turn on the AC and it still is very hot
any ideas???? how to fix

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like the blend door is either stuck or the actuator has gone bad.

Not sure on the Tow mode problem.
