Default Traction control problem

My daughter's 2003 Denali (I know this is a Chevy forum but in a hurry and out of town) that initiates the traction control some times from a dead stop. Seems to be random. Check tire pressures and all the same. After rolling along with reduced power for a few seconds it goes back to normal.

Any ideas?

Good thought. Yes the roads are salted here in the KC, MO area. [:'(]

Think I'll have her take it to my Chevy dealer since Carmax where she bought it couldn't find anything.
