Default traction control/ reduced power

2009 Suburban.
Intermittent problem where is driving fine down the highway and suddenly signals traction control and reduced power. The vehicle slows to a stop and you are forced to turn it off and wait 5-10 minuted before it starts up like nothing happened. This problem happens at idle, cruising down the interstate at 70, or once at start up.
I read everything from the traction control module needing replaced, to ground connections, to the throttle body needing replaced. I also just read of a possible GM service bulletin where GM replaces the throttle body without charge.

Any ideas or thoughts?
