Tranny failure and cooler?

Tranny failure and cooler?
Hi all-
I just had my 2007 Suburban transmission replaced for the second time in two weeks. First was a warranty job...dealership was great at 103k miles. The week I got it back I drove on a brand new, factory tranny and it failed after 300 miles... Towed back to dealership and the fellow told me there was antifreeze in the transmission and transmission oil in the radiator...
Has anyone heard of this and how often might that happen? I have every reason to trust the dealership...I'm just curious about the proximity of timing, Thanks for your input.

the rad will need replacement as the trans cooler line is leaking internal in the rad.
as part of any gm warranty transmission replacement the trans cooler lines are backflushed and flow tested. The test equipment generates a warranty code that must be present for the warranty claim. This ensures that the procedure is done. The purpose is to ensure that future trans failure doesn't occur from debris lodged in a trans cooler.
this is not a technician error; the rad failed. Its not common but does happen.
