I recall (cant find now) reading about a TSB or update for the 2007 Tahoe. I'm thinking it covered some updates for the transmission. A little help would be appreciated.

You're not talking about the software update that unlocks the extra 2 gears (turning the 4L60E into a 6-speed auto) are you?

How is this stuff getting out?
I know nothing about it.

LOL, no clue either. I have an issue with what could best be described as a transmission slip. Although its not your traditional hi-rev, no go type of slip. When taking off from a dead stop (occassionally) or when re-accelerating (almost always) a slight delay (slip) for several seconds and then a definate feel of re-engagement of the drivetrain. Dealer said they could not reproduce and "clunking delays" are normal for 4WD vehicles. Certainly back in the 70's and 80' I remeber very well the old slide-slip-clunk-bang of the 4WD vehicles.

I,m sure I've read this issue somewhere around here and am looking for the TSB or bulletin number. Any clues?

Dave, You know that you opened a can of worms there... Wouldn't that just be killer if that was a code you were going to tell us about
