Default Transmission Transfer case adapter plate broke

so other day i was getting on the interstate when a new u-joint i put in broke and drive shaft went flying around which in turn snapped the trans/transfer case adapter mount in half yes which sucks major A$$.

My question is what is the right part number for this piece?

I have a 2003 chevy suburban 1500 and it should have the 4L60E/65E transmission and i know it has the NP8 transfer case from what i can tell it has 6 bolts on both sides but not sure since it is sitting in driveway broke down till i can get it up in the air and take a better look at it. cause the reason i ask is that i have been looking at parts online/ebay and im seeing different part numbers etc. for this piece

Default transmission extension housing

In this adapter piece is there 2 different lengths of it and if so how much does it effect how the drive shafts hook up?

I don't know but it could make the driveline bind up or not hook up. If the part number is the same it should work just fine.
