Can that work for 2005 GMC Yukon?

 

While there is no reason it would not work... assuming the lighter is on when the key is off and out of the car... I can't imagine it's a good idea.

The wiring should more than handle a trickle charge, but it really wasn't designed for this. You'd be much better off hooking it strait to the battery.
