2003 tahoe. when i turn the key the engine turns but it will not start. When i try again the second time it will start up like nothing is wrong. always on second try. fuel pump pressure is correct and fuel filter changed few miles back. had injectors cleaned. what else to try? cam sensor? one guy said maybe even MAF. but cam sensor and MAF would trigger codes and i have no codes pop up. please help.
