Default Trying To Install a New Horn

Hello. First post. New member. I own a 2004 Suburban and I’ve been restoring it for the past two years. I’ve now decided to upgrade the horn. My problem is, I can’t figure out where it is but I did notice, the last time I had the front end apart, that their are two wires with connectors on the ends clipped on to the front radiator support. Please refer to the photo. After doing some research I noticed the connector looks the same as the one that comes with the horn kits I’ve been looking at online. So is this where I would mount and plug in two new horns?
