Default Turn Signals dont work but Brake lights and Hazards do?!

I've just purchased a 95 suburban 1500 and have been having one heck of a time with the blinker lights.

I've changed the flasher relay, The brake switch, checked fuses, and replaced the multifunction switch. The situation improved from having the turn signals stay solid to not working at all after replacing everything.

Did I bump something im not seeing or is there another fuse/relay I haven't found?

I did find the relay thats up under the radio and changed that too. What is going on?

This is the point where the multifuntion switche's smaller of the three wires plug into. This part itself has not been touched.
