I actually saw a Z71 on my local dealer's lot - had the black/silver combo. I doubt that you can get the two tone seatsit without the Z71 pkg. As far as price, go to GMbuypower.com or go to the "build your own" section under chevrolet.com & it should tell you. Otherwise if you want to do a custom seat cover swap look at katzkin.com
