On the plus side, the vehicle still drives so I'm not stuck. Feels like I'm back in the 80's - no radio/music/podcasts, no bluetooth/handsfree, and no map.
I found this TSB that appears to address my issue, but the dealer wants me to drop it off tomorrow for them to 'inspect' it.
My 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. Same issue. Dealership has had the truck for two days now and no body the status. Went to the dealership. I was promised an update by COB. Guess what did not happen? I’ll by contacting GM Customer Care in the morning.
