Default upgrade HVAC controls from manual to auto?

would like to upgrade the ls factory controller from a 2008 suburban to the factory LT model controller (DISPLAY).

i currently am looking at a 2008 with the manual style controller and want to know if its plug and play, if so does anybody have a part number?

I suspect that this is way more than plug and play. Besides the control head, you'd need the BCM programming. Probably can be done w/ enuf $s tho.

agreed, this mod will set you back hundreds of $ and hours of pain... sensors, links, programming, etc... it's not worth it... sorry.
