Default Upgrade OEM Radio to one with USB

I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ with the 6 disc changer. Have researched options for adding iPod/USB...one that appears interesting is purchasing a newer version of the OEM Radio to one with USB (see All Chevrolet - GM 2007-2011 CD6 mp3 USB radio (Tahoe/Yukon/Truck) NEW 20935459). Has anyone done this? Any feedback on how the USB port functions?

Default Nav

I don't see why you couldn't put this unit in. There are many threads to adding the sat nav, but I don't see why it wouldn't apply to this newer version.

There are also after market version...
