Water getting "inside" ?
Dig this folks, ... After any large rain storms, I end up with a puddle on my pass floorboards. Windshield not broken or cracked, and no signs of moisture around the doors. I did find some "wetness" under the dash when I replaced the front AC blower motor, but no sign of where it could be coming from. Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions??

I'm, funny enough, having this same issue with my 2004 suburban 1500 z71 5.3 and made a post about it. there should be a panel like where the fuse panel is on the drivers side but on the pass side. pull the panel off on the pass side and see if there is moisture in there. we might be having the same exact problem. also, is your windshield fogged up about 3 inches up alongside the entire bottom side too?

update: I have found my issue possibly. While using a shop vac to try and get as much water as possible out of the carpet, I said why not I’ll take the step trim off and when I did that, there was tons of water on the carpet under it and the sound proofing was soaked. So it has something to do with the door seal.
I hope that solves it for you,......but my $$ says that's just where the water "settled". Gravity and physics tell me water can't come in at the door trim, and travel "forward" & "upwards" to make that area around the blower motor wet. (Which is the issue I'm having). That'd be like JFK's magic bullet.....right?

I had a similar problem on my 2008 Equinox. The plastic step plate under the door was pitched in causing the water from around the door to drain to the interior. I put spacers under the plate to pitch it out and ended the problem.
well the thing with mine is the step plate is fine. It’s not the entire floor that’s wet it’s just one little spot by the step plate. But it’s also wet under the step plate so I don’t know.
