Hi guys, I am seeking for your kind help. I have a 2002 Tahoe 4.8L 4x2 and it has a weird noise going on under the hood. I can't fully describe the sound (I think ir sounds like a low pitch whistle or something) but I think it's for you guys to decide (I'll attach the short sound recording here). It has been bugging us for a while, I sent a different recording to our mechanic and he initially diagnosed that it was the tensioner. I am asking for your expert opinions as to what the problem might be because I'm having the parts ordered and shipped via Amazon all the way to the Philippines and I wouldn't want to buy the wrong part.
