Default What is P1100 code?
My 96 tahoe is showing a P1100 code and I can't seem to find out what that code is. I've tried calling the local dealership to ask a tech and they just tell me to "bring it in and we'll put it on our reader for you" at about $150!! It seems to be running fine and I can't afford the extra cost. Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to be a MAF sensor problem.

Autozone has scanner units and they'll scan your truck for free. I used to use them before I picked one up on Amazon. Might give you some more detail.
