When are you guys changing spark plugs?

Plugs
Don't have a Sub. or Tahoe but my 2008 Equinox started missing at just under 70k. Changed wires and plugs(NAPA wires and Delco plugs), cured the problem. So much for the 100k Iridium plugs!

plugs
Whats a spark plug? lol.
I did them last around 60,000 on the Tahoe. I did the split fire thing I think. May do them again at 100k, this weekend if I'm bored.
need to do the V6 in the Tribute... the back three are a PITA!

I just ordered plugs for the Tahoe and Mazda.
NGKV-Power Spark Plug
Part No 2238
LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT 8 Advance Auto Parts
I'll let you know if it runs faster and jumps higher.
These had the best rating for the lowest cost...

I replaced the OEM plugs on my '01 right around 100k miles. It was still running fine. Plugs looked pretty good.
Went with NGK iridiums.
At around 185k miles, it started idling roughly, losing power, and was harder to start. Plugs were totally trashed - eroded electrodes. Not impressed at all.
Went back to AC Delco Iridiums.
