Default Where does this bracket go on my 5.7 vortec?

I just replaced the intake manifold gaskets on my 1999 Suburban 5.7 Vortec engine. I ended up with this bracket, but I don't know where it goes. From the plastic clip, it looks like it holds a water hose. It is held down by one 10mm nut. But for the life of me, I cannot figure where it goes. I should have labeled it when I took it off. Any ideas? Thank you

I just sold my 99 but I will check my 97 in the morning. It might be the same. It is too cold and dark outside right now.

On my 97 there is a very similar bracket bolted to the right rear of the intake manifold (or maybe the block, but I think the intake). It angles back to the firewall and supports a one inch wire bundle. That wire bundle would fit that plastic hold down clip on your bracket. It looks like you would have to remove the air intake to reinstall it. Look for a stud sticking up in that area.

That was it! I was thinking water line, but you are right, is for the electrical bundle. Thank you so much! Love the Forum!
